Shop-With-A-Cop
On Saturday, December 4th, our FOP Lodge along with EPD’s Elmhurst Police Benevolent Athletic Association sponsored, for the second year in a row, kids from Elmhurst in the annual Shop-With-A-Cop event hosted by the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office. This year, four kids were accompanied by Ofcs. Ciszewski, Coughlin, Lafin, and Rivkin to Wheaton Bowl where they had a snack and Santa made an appearance. After the snack, the caravan of squad cars from around the County (all with their lights and sirens on) traveled to Bloomingdale where kids got to shop at a Meijer department store for presents for themselves and their families.
