- 11/08-11/09 – e-mail & text alerts to all members on calling their legislators to vote “No” for SB512 & HB45
- 11/10 – received information from State lodge, 4914 calls connected to legislators on SB 512

- 12/09 – attend FOP State Lodge BOT meeting in Springfield, Il
- Received e-mail from current Sergeant-At-Arms that due to his current situation at home and work, he did not feel that he had been able to give the time necessary to his position with the FOP and resigned from his position.
- Received e-mail from the current Treasurer, who also did not feel that he had been able to give the time necessary to his position with the FOP and resigned from his position.
